The interest rate quoted in connection with the loan you select is subject to change
without notice unless and until an interest rate lock-in agreement has been made between
you and the Lender. iHomeowners does not offer lock-in agreements and does not guarantee
any rate of interest quoted by a participating Lender. If you enter a lock-in agreement
with the Lender and are required to pay a lock-in fee, the terms and conditions under
which the lock-in fee may be refunded, if any, will be set by the Lender. Washington state law against discrimination prohibits discrimination in credit transactions because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex or marital status. The Washington State Human Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
