LoanWeb allows customers to receive loan information from multiple different lenders by submitting one easy-to-complete on-line form. The information is then matched with hundreds of lenders in our database who compete for the consumer's business.

What is the LoanWeb.com affiliate program? The LoanWeb.com affiliate program is an online pay-per-performance advertising partnership program. As a LoanWeb.com affiliate, you'll be able to offer your website visitors access to our online resources & services. Then, we'll pay you a marketing & advertising fee every time someone from your website completes a valid form through the LoanWeb.com website. We provide you with 24 hour a day access to trusted third party online tracking technology exclusively from Commission Junction, and you can access detailed reports through your own password-protected website called Commission Junction.

What are the benefits to me and to my website visitors? You will be providing your visitors access to a large network of lenders that will help them find the best possible loan. In return, you will earn a great commission paid monthly and be aligning yourself with a trusted leader in the loan industry.

Will I have to pay money to join? No. Becoming an affiliate is absolutely free. There are no dues or content fees involved.

Can anyone apply to be a member? Anyone with a website can apply to become an affiliate. However, LoanWeb.com reserves the right to reject any website for any reason. We will not approve sites that contain or link to, adult, offensive or objectionable, unlawful, or discriminatory language or material. We will also not approve applications that include insufficient contact or website information.

Is this agreement exclusive? Unless otherwise agreed upon, this agreement is not exclusive. Either party may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason.

How much will I be paid? You will earn up to $45 for each completed and valid lead for Refinance, Home Equity and Debt Consolidation Leads.

When will I receive my payments? Affiliates are paid on a monthly schedule via US mail. Only affiliates who have earned a minimum of $25.00 in a given pay period (month) shall receive payment. Total monthly revenues of less than $25.00 will be carried over to the next payment period. Please allow at least 30 days for us to verify and process checks.

How are my leads tracked and credited to me? All affiliate links contain your individual HTML tracking code. Your unique source ID is generated as soon as you log into Commission Junction to create your links. We keep a sophisticated database of all affiliate source IDs so that we can track and credit your mortgage quote requests every time.

How do I create links? Your approval letter will contain step-by-step information about creating links. We direct you to your own password-protected website called Commission Junction. It's as easy as logging into Commission Junction, selecting "creating links", clicking on the link you want, and cutting & pasting the generated HTML onto your website. It's that easy! What happens if I have more than one website? You only need to apply once. After you've been approved into the LoanWeb.com affiliate program, you may create links for multiple websites. However, you must enroll all of these sites. Failure to do so could be grounds for removal. Enrolling new sites is as easy as logging into Commission Junction and clicking on my sites and than clicking on add a new site. Make sure you select the appropriate site from the dropdown in Commission Junction when you create new links. Although activity on your multiple websites can be tracked and reported on individually, you will only receive one consolidated payment for revenues earned.

How can I check my performance and revenue? You can access reports through Commission Junction. Simply click on Creating Reports to view your statistics. Your approval letter will contain step-by-step information about how to access this site.

Do you share my information with other companies? No. LoanWeb.com has partnered with Commission Junction, Inc., the leader in affiliate marketing, to provide you with the best affiliate services and technology in the business. Commission Junction and LoanWeb.com will never share any of the personal information you have provided to outside parties.
